Abuse窓口
株式会社クインティア（以下「当社」）が管理するドメイン、IPアドレス、メールシステム等に関連する Abuse（不正利用）を発見された場合は、以下の窓口までご報告ください。
報告対象
当社のシステムに関連する以下のような問題が対象です。
- スパム（当社ドメインやIPアドレスからの迷惑メール送信等）
- フィッシング（当社ドメインを装った偽サイト・偽メール等）
- なりすまし（当社の名称・ドメイン・ロゴ等の不正使用）
- マルウェア配布（当社インフラを経由した悪意あるソフトウェアの配布）
- 不正アクセスまたはその試み
- その他、当社のネットワーク・システムに起因するAbuse行為
報告窓口

件名に「【Abuse Report】」と記載の上、以下の情報をできる限り含めてご連絡ください。
報告時の記載事項
- 報告者の連絡先（任意）
- 問題の種類（スパム、フィッシング、なりすまし等）
- 該当するURL、ドメイン、IPアドレス、メールヘッダ等
- 問題の具体的な内容
- ログやスクリーンショット等の証拠（可能な場合）
- 発見日時
対応について
- いただいた報告は速やかに確認し、必要に応じて適切な措置を講じます。
- 調査の状況や結果について、個別にご連絡できない場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
- 緊急性の高い案件（フィッシングサイトの稼働等）については、優先的に対応いたします。

What to Report
The following types of issues related to our systems are subject to this report.
- Spam (unsolicited emails sent from our domains or IP addresses)
- Phishing (fraudulent websites or emails impersonating our domains)
- Impersonation (unauthorized use of our company name, domains, or logos)
- Malware distribution (distribution of malicious software via our infrastructure)
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Any other abuse originating from our network or systems

Information to Include
- Your contact information (optional)
- Type of abuse (spam, phishing, impersonation, etc.)
- Relevant URLs, domains, IP addresses, or email headers

- Logs, screenshots, or other evidence (if available)
- Date and time of discovery
Response
- We will promptly review all reports and take appropriate action as necessary.
- We may not be able to provide individual updates on the status or outcome of investigations.
- High-priority cases (e.g., active phishing sites) will be handled on an expedited basis.
